When you pay for a delivery, your funds are held in a secure escrow account. The rider cannot access the money until you confirm delivery by sharing the 6-digit confirmation code. If there's a dispute, our team reviews GPS logs and chat history to resolve it within 24 hours.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel (Vodafone) Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, and Mastercard. Cash payments are also available for deliveries under GHS 200 with Silver-tier and above riders.
Download the app, register as a rider, and submit your Ghana Card, motorcycle registration, and a profile photo. Our team reviews applications within 24 hours. Once approved, you start at Bronze tier and can work your way up.
PickNDrop charges a 15% commission on the delivery price, which comes from the rider's earnings. A 3% insurance fee based on the declared item value is also collected to protect against loss or damage. Business accounts with high monthly volume qualify for reduced 12% commission.
You can raise a dispute within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review GPS logs, confirmation codes, and chat history. If the claim is valid, you'll be compensated from the insurance fund up to the declared value of your item.
